The creation of technological company and achieving business success on the market is a real challenge. Experience shows that technology companies that have achieved such success, successful roll-out a new product technology have to be better than the prvious processes and activities - then you can actually think about building an effective advantage. Spin-Off is a project that is created during the researches, but to make it successful it needs an isolation and good management.

In light of the new academic regulations set-uping companies should be entrusted to the specialists of transfer or commercialization of technology. How can handle scientist, if the possibility of such support are limited? Many researchers have developed technologies that (as inventions or know-how) are able to support the advantages, many people are even able to devote their time to create their own effectively business. What support should be given to those who have to handle with formal procedures?

For these and other problems associated Spin-Offs corresponds to the model Open Code Transfer - a set of different paths and ways of technology transfer supported by the web application and mobile - www.opencodetransfer.pl .
